340e7f7210 bdd: complete coverage for API tests 
Also removes some functions that are no longer used and
fixes debug output where the tests found an issue.

5d656891ba bdd: convert API tests to smaller test db 
Changes BDD API tests to restrict themselves to
Liechtenstein. One test moved to DB as no appropriate
data is available.
