add address rank to XML output
...
The address rank is much more interesting than the search rank
these days because it tells something about the kind of object.
Reverse did have neither rank, so add both for consistency.

unify address details lookup
...
Introduces new AddressDetails class which is responsible
for address lookups. Saves always the complete result
and then allows filtering throught the different access
function. Remove special handling in Geocode() and use
there the lookup throught PlaceLookup() as well.

Add options to output polygon in various formats: polygon_geojson=1&polygon_svg=1&polygon_kml=1&polygon_text=1 They can be all used at the same time if prefered. Where format and polygon type are compatible output is as native type e.g. format=json&polygon_geojson=1
