d8dca2a3a9 enable BDD tests for sqlite databases 
The database must currently be created by hand and the name handed
in via -DAPI_TEST_DB='sqlite:...'.

3f2296e3ea bdd: extend reverse API tests for format checks 
Reorganise the API reverse tests and extend the checks for the
output format, testing for all expected fields.
